· CCR&R referral services are currently free of charge.

· CCR&R adheres to a strict confidentiality policy regarding any and all parent information collected during the referral process.

· Child care referrals are not recommendations; they are referrals that are appropriate to family preferences and each child’s individual needs.

· If you have a complaint about a child care facility and/or provider, it is Audubon Area CCR&R’s policy to direct you to the regional Division of Regulated Child Care office (DRCC) to file a complaint.

Audubon Area Child Care Resource and Referral is committed to providing services that connect families with high-quality child care.

It is our goal to increase the availability of quality child care by providing training and educational opportunities to early care and education professionals as well as to families who are seeking such care.

CCR&R also provides a variety of resources for licensed child care centers and certified family child care homes that may be checked out to enhance their programs.
